Even the best-planned travel can be impacted by the unexpected. We encourage you to consider purchasing CSA Travel Protection insurance to protect your vacation investment. Upon departure, please dispose of all food and trash from the unit and place in proper outside containers. The kitchen must be clean and all dishes, pots and pans washed and put away. Lock all doors and windows and return the keys to the office. Return to top What should I bring? We provide bed linen, bath towels, soap, toilet tissue and garbage bags one time only. We recommend you bring toilet paper, paper towels, napkins, aluminum foil, coffee filters, dish washing liquid, automatic dishwasher detergent, garbage bags, personal toiletries, hangers, beach chairs, beach towels and sunscreen. Return to top When can I check in? Check in time is between 3 and 5 p.m. on your scheduled arrival date. Return to top When do I check out? Check out time is 11 a.m. on your departure date. Return to top Where do I check in? Your check in location will depend on the location of the accommodation you select. If you have a reservation at Seaside Beach and Racquet Club, you will check in at our on-site office at 24522 Perdido Beach Blvd., Orange Beach, Ala. If you have selected one of our other rental properties, you will check in at our main office at 25437 Perdido Beach Blvd., Orange Beach, Ala. Return to top Will I have housekeeping every day? Daily housekeeping service is not included. Cleaning of your assigned unit is done one time only on your scheduled departure date.
